These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Petlovinia mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Petlovinia Corp, a company operating under the laws of the United States.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Description of the Platform
Petlovinia provides a digital marketplace that connects:

independent pet service providers including pet sitters and pet walkers
Petlovinia also offers an optional pet tracking device that may integrate with the Platform.
Petlovinia does not provide pet care services directly.
Petlovinia only facilitates connections between users.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate registration information

Comply with all applicable laws
The Platform is intended for users located in:

United States

Mexico
Petlovinia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
4. User Accounts
Users must create an account to access certain features.
Users agree to:

Notify Petlovinia of unauthorized access
Petlovinia is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
5. Independent Contractors
Pet sitters and pet walkers using the Platform are independent contractors.
They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Petlovinia Corp.
Petlovinia does not control:

How services are performed

Schedules
-
Pricing (unless otherwise stated)
Users acknowledge that all service agreements occur directly between users.
6. Payments
Payments for services may be processed through third-party payment processors including, but not limited to:

Stripe

PayPal
By using the Platform, users agree to the terms of those payment providers.
Petlovinia may charge:

Service fees
-
Platform commissions
-
Transaction fees
All fees will be disclosed before confirming a booking.
Petlovinia is not responsible for payment processor errors.
7. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel bookings under the following general guidelines:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service may qualify for a full refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may result in partial or no refund
If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, the pet owner may receive a full refund.
Petlovinia reserves the right to review cancellation cases individually.
8. Disputes Between Users
Disputes between users may arise regarding services provided through the Platform.
Petlovinia may, at its discretion:

Review evidence

Facilitate communication between users

Suspend or terminate accounts involved in misconduct
Petlovinia does not guarantee resolution outcomes and is not liable for damages arising from disputes.
9. Reviews and User Content
Users may post:

Ratings

Profile information

Photos

Pet information
Users grant Petlovinia a non-exclusive license to display and use such content within the Platform.
Users agree not to post:

Illegal content

Defamatory content

Misleading reviews

Abusive or harmful material
Petlovinia may remove content at its discretion.
10. Pet Tracker Device
Petlovinia may offer an optional pet tracking device that integrates with the Platform.
Features may include:

Bluetooth connectivity

Cellular communication

Real-time pet location monitoring
Use of the device is optional and not required to use the Platform.
Petlovinia does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking or location accuracy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petlovinia Corp shall not be liable for:

Loss of pets

Damage to property

Disputes between users

Actions or negligence of pet service providers

Interruptions of the Platform

Errors in GPS tracking
Users assume full responsibility when engaging in services arranged through the Platform.

Petlovinia may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Engage in fraudulent activity

Misuse the Platform

Harm other users
13. Intellectual Property
All content associated with the Platform including:

Software

Logos
-
Trademarks
-
Design
-
Technology
It is the property of Petlovinia Corp.
Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.
14. Modifications
Petlovinia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of significant updates through the Platform.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
